Photo Archiving

We only keep job files on our server for approximately 2 months.

As many of our photographer services are digital edits of your photos, it's important to preserve and back up your files. Whether you're getting color correction, retouching, or custom design work done, make sure you have your files for reorders.

Ordering

To order these services through ProFilmet ROES, choose your archiving method under the "Archive & File Services" tab.

Archiving Methods

Returned on Disc

Have your edited photos returned on cd or dvd to keep on file. Basic CDs and DVDs are printed with your account id and the job number for easy filing in your studio, or discs can be printed with full-color image labels and cases for client presentation.

Electronic Transfer

Have your photos returned over the internet through email or FTP. Method depends on image quantity.

If you plan to do a large quantity of file transfer to and/or from the lab, we recommend getting an FTP folder set up on our server for your studio. Call customer service for more information on getting one set up.
